Mobile Money and payment
- • Never disclose your MoMo PIN or OTP.
- • Read the recipient name and amount before approving.
- • Treat pressure to pay immediately as a warning sign.
- • Use traceable, platform-supported payment routes when available.
Products and delivery
- • Inspect high-value goods in person or use a trusted delivery arrangement.
- • Check serial numbers, receipts, condition, and accessories.
- • Avoid advance payment for a product you cannot verify.
Services and rentals
- • Write down the work scope, price, milestones, and completion date.
- • Verify the provider identity and business badge.
- • Do not hand over original identity documents.
When something feels wrong
- • Stop communicating and do not send money.
- • Save screenshots and transaction references.
- • Use Report listing or Report seller so BusiBazaar can investigate.
- • Contact your bank or mobile network promptly after a suspected fraudulent transfer.
